Grizedale Forest
A Forestry England forest between Coniston Water and Windermere, with trails and sculptures.
Grizedale Forest fills the high ground between Coniston Water and the west side of Windermere. Forestry England waymarks walking and cycling trails, and sculptures are scattered through the trees. It is a useful wet-weather or family day from Hawkshead or Coniston.
