Buttermere
A small lake between Crummock Water and Honister, under High Stile and Fleetwith Pike.
Buttermere is the small lake between the village of the same name and the Honister road. High Stile, Haystacks, and Fleetwith Pike stand around it, and a flat path circles the shore. Crummock Water is the next lake down the valley. The village is a hamlet: a pub, a farm, and a handful of houses, which is why the shore stays quieter than Windermere.
