Wray Castle
A Victorian neo-gothic house on Windermere’s west shore, run by the National Trust.
Wray Castle is a nineteenth-century house on the quiet west shore of Windermere, with grounds down to the water. The National Trust keeps it. Windermere Lake Cruises call at the jetty in season, which saves the drive round the lake.
